I have used Finger Lakes Hearing Center for a number of years. They are a very knowledgable, professional, and personal group! They not only look at hearing from a medical model but also how it affects their client’s social and emotional needs. I highly recommend them!

We have been going to Finger Lakes Hearing for my son's hearing needs for the past 6 years. The staff are super friendly, warm, and considerate. They listen fully to what you have to say. We have recommended them in the past and continue to recommend them even now.

I have been to two other hearing aid offices in the Florida area and I must say Finger Lakes Hearing Center is the BEST! Right from the start with a friendly voice to make an appointment or with answers to your questions from the doctors and staff. They don't try and sell you things you don't need or tell you your hearing aids are outdated after two years — they are always very helpful. Highly recommend them!
